Placed Pugs

Some of our recently placed Pugs

Maya---NEWS FLASH---FOUND NEW HOME---

Maya is a 6 year old fawn, de-sexed, micro chipped and fully vaccinated pug lady. She is a sweet, quiet girl who as you can see I  the photo shows her tongue all the time. This makes her look even cuter and always draws crowds of fans when she is out for a walk.

Maya gets on well with other dogs of all sizes but prefers them not to be boisterous as she is a laid back pug who will seek you out for cuddles all the time.

Like almost all pugs she will follow you around the house, sit at your feet or next to you on the lounge to watch TV or have a cuddle. She came into our care with another pug and if we can we would like to place them together. However, we will consider separating them if the ideal homes are found and their needs are perfectly met.

Maya is a healthy pug lady who is in need to loose a little bit more weight. Being a true pug she adores food and will indulge herself whenever possible. Having a pug overweight takes years off their life and makes their breathing and movement so much harder. Because of her love of food we are looking for a quiet home that is committed to keep her weight at an optimum level.

Rumi---NEWS FLASH---FOUND NEW HOME---

Rumi is a sweet fawn, de-sexed, micro chipped, fully vaccinated pug lady who just turned 8 years on the 15st of January. She looks much older than her age because she turned gray at an early age.

Despite her age she is very healthy and loves nothing more than spending time with her owner whom she will adore and shower with love and kisses. She gets on well with other dogs and cats but would prefer a quieter home and therefore would not suit a young family.

As all PUGADISE pugs and especially because of her age she will need to be an indoor pug who is given a warm, soft, comfy bed to rest on. She likes short walks at a steady pace and lots of attention.

Rumi came into our care with another pug and we would love the two girls to go together to a perfect home but we will consider separating them if the right homes are found.

Ozzie---NEWS FLASH---FOUND NEW HOME---

Ozzie is a 4 year old de-sexed, fully vaccinated and micro chipped, fawn male pug. He has had a very hard live before he came to us, lived very isolated and his behaviour indicates signs of physical abuse.

Ozzie needs a caring home, where his adoptive parents will be able to be patient and give him lots of tender loving care.

Since he came to us he has learned how to play, not to shy away from touch and he now comes to seek out gentle pads and cuddles.

If you are looking for a pug that will be focused on you and adore you for the rest of his life without being needy and who is fully house trained, then Ozzie is the perfect pug for you. He is not suited for young families or loud and busy households.

Ozzie is in good health, has no eye or ear problems but is a large pug whose weight will have to be monitored as he like all pugs adores his food.

Kayla ---NEWS FLASH---FOUND NEW HOME---

A lovely natured, smoochie 4 year old fawn pug lady who adores to lick feet. She is de-sexed, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped and is in excellent health.

Her personality suggests that she would be ideal for a retired or semi-retired person/s as she doesn’t like spending all day by herself. Families with older children may also apply as she would enjoy the attention of several people in one household.

Like all PUGADISE pugs, Kayla will have to be an indoor pug and needs somebody committed to her for the rest of her life.

Kayla gets on well with other dogs and cats but wouldn’t mind becoming a spoiled “only pug”.

Kayla, like all pugs sheds her fur all year round and needs a weekly brush and daily exercise outside the hot hours of the day

Jack---NEWS FLASH---FOUND NEW HOME---

Jack is a 2 ½ year old de-sexed, fully vaccinated, micro chipped , fawn male pug. He is a super active pug and needs a family who wants him to be part of their family life. Like all our PUGADISE pugs, Jack will only be placed in a family who is willing to keep him as an in-door pet.

Jack is an incredibly handsome young male and gets on well with other dogs of all sizes and genders. If he is adopted by a full-time working family he will have to have another dog as company as he does not like to be alone for too long.

Like all pugs, Jack sheds his fur all year round and needs a weekly brush and daily exercise outside the hot hours of the day.

This young boy is very healthy and athletic and is now looking for a loving, active, busy household that will love him always.

Di---NEWS FLASH---FOUND NEW HOME---

Di is a stunning looking apricot fawn 4 year old, de-sexed, micro chipped, fully vaccinated pug lady. She will definitely draw admiring looks from pug lovers as she is adorable in looks and in nature. She gets excited when she receives the much longed for attention she deserves and will follow you around like your shadow.

Di may need a little help with house training when she gets to her new home but should settle in a few days. Most rescue pugs seem to need a little reminder when and where to go to the toilet and once settled into a routine, they are pretty good.

Having lived with other pugs in her previous home, she now would adore being an only pug that gets very spoiled with love and attention.

Any applicant should remember that PUGADISE only places pugs as in-door pets and that pugs shed fur all year around.

Abbie---NEWS FLASH---FOUND NEW HOME---

Abbie is our special needs girl. She lost her left eye when she was a young pup and came to us with a very badly infected, ulcerated  left eye out of which she can see enough not to bump into things.

Even though she is almost blind, she is extremely active, very slim and active for a pug and adores attention. Whoever will adopt Abbie will be showered with kisses and cuddles all day long.

Abbie is a fawn, de-sexed, micro chipped and fully vaccinated 3 ½ year old pug. She will need to go to a family/person who has time to spend with her and would not suit a family with small children. Because of her visual impairment she will have to live in a household that is committed to her and is willing to learn about her disability.

Apart from her poor eye sight she is very healthy and energetic, loves going for walks and to play with other dogs. She gets on with other dogs but would not suit living with a puppy because of the danger of injuring her seeing eye.
